We recognize these as core responsibilities to our clients and shareholders as we adapt and lead in an ever-changing world.   OverviewThe Corporate Development function at IGM Financial is responsible for leading and coordinating M&A processes, following business cases post-transaction, and leveraging the team’s strategy & business valuation expertise to add value across IGM Financial.  Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Development team in its day-to-day activities.  Key Responsibilities:Support the development and production of key Corporate Development governance and oversight materials, including presentation decks, dashboards, monthly rolling forecasts / variance commentary, and other materials in support of informed decision-making.Support preparation of routine reports, ensuring all documentation adheres to Corporate Development’s processes and controls.Maintain and refine key financial models and templates that support company and industry analysis.Support the generation of templates to simplify and standardize presentation materials.Assist in the organization, maintenance and optimization of Corporate Development document management systems. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or related major; CPA, CFA, or CBV in progress is a plus. Minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in corporate finance; exposure to corporate development, investment banking, corporate strategy, venture capital or private equity is an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, with strong ownership over deliverables in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities under challenging time constraints. Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. Proven problem-solving skills. Able to distill complex quantitative and qualitative analysis into simpler concepts for broader audiences.   Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) and market data platforms (e.g., FactSet, Bloomberg) would be an asset.
