We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead data, reporting, and analytics initiatives that strengthen operational performance within Design Support Services. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting tools, performance metrics, and analytical insights that enable data driven decision-making across the organization. What You Will Do:

Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support Design Support Services operations and performance management.

Lead multiple reporting and analytics initiatives simultaneously, including scoping, requirements gathering, analysis, and successful delivery.

Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure reporting consistency, and align data standards across the organization.

Build analytical models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic decisions and track progress toward departmental goals.

Implement standardized reporting processes, including documentation, data governance practices, and quality assurance controls.

Support leadership oversight through cost analysis, trend monitoring, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Collect and analyze operational and financial data through system queries, stakeholder discussions, and documentation reviews.

Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business priorities and strategic objectives.
Who You Are:
-
A related Bachelor’s University degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. For candidates who do not possess a University degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required.

Relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, KPI development, performance measurement, business process analysis, project coordination, or operations support.

Demonstrated experience designing reports or dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Proficient in data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and systems, with experience working with large datasets and supporting project planning, tracking, and reporting.

Understanding of business operations, workflow metrics, and financial processes.

Own the reporting and analytics work, managing multiple priorities independently with minimal oversight.

Collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels to improve data quality, streamline reporting, and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational visibility and Design Support effectiveness.

Ensure reporting activities adhere to all legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Working Conditions:
Typical office environment with up to 50% travel.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
Company paid international relocation assistance is not offered for this role.
Salary ranges from $85,000 to $98,000. Final salary will based candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
