Note: This is a 14-month, temporary, full-time position
What You Will Do:
-
Perform risk assessments on facility tanks and piping segments using in-house software tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve these (industry-first!) facility risk models.

Conduct risk assessments in support of the department long range capital budget plan.

Lead an internal team that assesses the efficiency of Enbridge’s station containment.

Analyze large scale data to support ongoing facility risk management improvements.

Respond to various engineering requests from internal partners.
Who you are:
-
Hold an Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university.

Registered member with APEGA as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Alberta (P Eng).

Minimum of 6 years of technical or engineering experience.

Critical thinking skills related both to technical engineering and project management.

Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Less than 5% of travel is required. Valid passport is required.
