What You Will Do 

  • Develop, review, and maintain workstream and cross-functional test scripts; ensure traceability across key deliverables such as the Test Plan, RICEW list, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). 

  • Coordinate and implement test cycles by assigning tasks, setting priorities, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans to meet timelines. 

  • Apply testing methodologies to manage test execution, document issues, and support defect triage, prioritization, and resolution. 

  • Collaborate with Process Owners, QA, Cross-Functional Leads, and Boundary System teams to define test scope, configure the Test Lab, and support coordinated testing. 

  • Review functional and technical builds, update test scenarios, and ensure adequate coverage across the ERP solution. 

  • Provide testing status updates to leadership, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. 

  • Lead and support the Testing Team by offering mentorship, conducting quality audits on test evidence, and driving improvements in testing processes. 

  • Influence regression, automation, and user acceptance testing strategies. 
     

What You Need 

Required 

  • A related university degree and/or professional designation. 

  • Minimum 7 years of directly related experience in testing, ERP, SCM, or similar domains. 

  • Ability to work independently on complex technical issues. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under tight timelines. 

  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to interpret Technical/Functional Build Documents to understand testing requirements. 
     

Preferred 

  • Working knowledge of Central Functions and/or Utility Policies and Procedures. 

  • Knowledge of ERP functional and/or technical build (Oracle or Maximo). 

  • Experience with Enbridge testing tools such as qTest, HP ALM and JIRA. 

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills. 
     

Working Conditions 

  • Office environment. 

  • Approximately 30% travel, aligned with major testing activities. 

  • Elevated stress levels at times due to visibility and criticality of testing work to program success. 

Salary:

  • Ranges from $100,000 – $140,000 CAD for Ontario Canada locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
