We are seeking a Senior Advisor to lead the timely and detailed recording and reporting of revenue and accounts receivable across GTMUS, Offshore and M&N LP, and TRNG assets. In this key role, you will serve as a critical liaison between multiple departments—including Contracts, Credit, Legal, Marketing, and Treasury—ensuring that invoicing and revenue recognition processes are both accurate and aligned with company standards.
This role demands a strong foundation in accounting and budgeting, a dedication to revenue control, and the ability to support cross-functional teams with informed financial guidance. You will also be responsible for reviewing complex supporting schedules prepared by the revenue billing team and driving standard processes across the organization.

What you will do:
- Arrange, review and approve monthly journal entries for GTM US and TRNG as needed.
- Prepare annual revenue budgets for internal management
- Assemble and review monthly revenue schedules and related support to be provided to internal management and partners
- Formulate and review quarterly and annual FERC Form 3 and Form 2 filings (supplemental pages)
- Produce analysis of fluctuations in revenue for assigned pipelines.
- Provide and review monthly actual balance sheets and income statements variance analysis
- Create ad hoc reports and projects related to revenue for management analysis.
- Ready and review account reconciliations and monthly actual variance analysis
- Coordinate and interact with internal and external auditors on quarterly and year-end audits
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and related reporting requirements
- Interact with other teams inside the company (including Business Development, Treasury, and Reporting)
- Contributes to business discussions by asking questions to ensure there is understanding of the issues and impacts.
- Give guidance to analysts and advisors as needed
- Review contracts as a Contract Administrator and assess ASC606 impacts
- Complete special projects as requested.
Who you are:
You have:
- 7+ years or equivalent of related experience along with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Workiva or similar reporting tool and HFM along with an understanding of fundamentals of FERC reporting, US GAAP, reporting standards and financial controls
You can:
- Work independently on complex technical issues while having excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
- Take a lead role on adhoc projects, as needed while demonstrating effective problem solving by using analytical skills to reach a logical conclusion
You are:
- An outstanding verbal and written communicator with all levels in the organization who can prioritize, handle and track multiple assignments
- Able to demonstrate a broad business and technical knowledge in resolving problems while demonstrating the ability to be results driven and highly motivated
The following are considered assets:
- Certified Public Accounting Designation (CPA)

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
