In this role, you will provide internal support for making crossing applications and obtaining crossing consents. You will also contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of the Crossings program as it matures.

What you will do:

Responsible for Crossing Takes for Enbridge crossing activities on and near the pipeline right-of-way, and that affect third parties to Enbridge, in compliance with the company’s processes, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Manage Crossing Takes and their lifecycle within task timeframe targets. This includes providing guidance to internal parties and coordinating Crossing Takes.

Provide internal project support for crossing requirements by reviewing scope and crossing plans, preparing estimates and schedules, engaging external land service providers, and reviewing agreements.

Facilitate the negotiation of terms and conditions within crossing consents between Enbridge and third parties.

Proactively identify risks and contribute to the prevention of damage to company facilities posed by planned activities and help develop mitigation processes by engaging the applicable internal partners.
Who you are:
-
Related university degree, diploma, or professional land certification.

2-4 years of experience related to third party crossings.

Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, stakeholder demands and regulatory requirements.

Ability and experience to review and comprehend complex detailed crossing plans, legal agreements and a good understanding of design standards, codes, and regulations.

Requires a high level of interpersonal skills and initiative in dealing with a variety of external and internal customers (regulators, lawyers, industry, government, landowners and internal departments), and approaches interactions with a customer service mentality.

Effective verbal and written communications skills – ability to communicate technical and non-technical information to all audiences.

High proficiency with business software applications including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Development.
