In this role, you will be responsible to facilitate and implement solutions that foster collaboration across all Asset Information Management (AIM) departments, ensuring a seamless flow of data and information. The role is crucial in enhancing efficiency and creating synergies within the asset information management processes.

What Will You Do:

  • Develop an overarching process document that unifies all Asset Information Management (AIM) departments.(Engineering Records, Engineering Drawings, Process Safety Information Programs).

  • Create a comprehensive process map that captures the entire AIM data and information flow.

  • Analyze AIM requirements and interdepartmental interactions to identify areas for improvement, particularly by looking for and finding alignment.

  • Develop business cases and plans to execute on improvement opportunities and collaborate with impacted stakeholders to enable these opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Asset Information teams and Subject Matter Experts to understand and document requirements.

  • Collaborate with Project teams and Regional Operations to understand AIM requirement challenges to inform improvement opportunities.
     

Who You Are:

  • Technologist diploma in Engineering or relevant field.

  • 8 years + of related experience.

  • Technical knowledge of regulatory (CER, DOT, PHMSA, CFR) and compliance requirements and asset information associated with an operating pipeline.

  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills working collaboratively with a wide variety of partners and subject matter authorities.

  • Solid understanding of operations, construction, engineering design, asset maintenance, and process safety as they relate to records management and construction drawings.

  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with constructing and operating Facilities and pipeline assets.
     

Working Conditions:

  • Office based role.

  • Up to 10% of travel to other Enbridge office and field locations.
