What you will do:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the cost and schedule performance of multiple complex and multi-disciplined major projects, closely collaborating with the project manager, project team, project scheduler, and field controls analyst. This includes ensuring that costs for assigned projects are estimated, accounted for, and reported in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with the Company’s established business practices and procedures.

Ensure the project team leverages the Company’s project controls policies, guidelines, procedures, and systems.

Provide guidance, recommendations, and knowledge sharing to Project Controls and Project Team members on project controls processes.

Analyze and maintain the project costs at the WBS level including control budget, incurred costs, commitments, and forecast.
Who you are:
-
University degree, diploma or related construction or engineering experience. Degree is preferred.

6 or more years of previous related experience minimum or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in project costing, construction project costing, or a combination with field experience is an asset.

Experienced with Earned Value Management and its use in Project Management

Effective communication both verbally and in written form. This includes the ability to work well with peers, internal and external partners.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary: $94,300/year – $150,000/year USD
