In this role, you will identify and recommend optimizations on the portfolio of Asset Class Program capital investments that total $400-600M annually.

What you will do:

Support development and maintenance of a consolidated long term (beyond 20 year) master schedule and execution plan for Production Asset Class Programs with the objective of improving the value returned on capital reinvestments. Specifically focusing on execution planning optimization, in order to, improve project safety, and reduce cost of investments.

Support development and maintenance of Equipment Programs dashboards which provide decision support for LP leadership, partners and execution teams that ensures alignment to consolidated plan.

Collaborating with partners such as Operations, Operations Services, Program Execution, Asset Management, Infrastructure Planning, Asset Performance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Control Centre Operations (CCO), LP Risk and Compliance to develop the Asset Class Management master schedule and resolve issues to optimally schedule and plan program activities.

Recommend asset investment optimizations to Asset Class Managers contributing to improvements in Asset Class Program performance.
Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and registered as a Professional Engineer or eligible for registration with APEGA is required.

A minimum of six years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, including roles in project management, project engineering, project or maintenance planning and scheduling, and operations.

Familiar with planning, scheduling, and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Primavera, Power BI, Maximo, and SharePoint.

Effective interpersonal skills required to communicate with a variety of internal and external parties.

Collaborative with the ability to influence individuals within other teams to achieve the most optimum and safe result.

Display business acumen and capability to contribute to planning and leading change.
