What you will do:

Lead and oversee the Project Controls function for assigned projects and programs, including cost and schedule development, monitoring, reporting, and control throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide leadership and guidance to Field Controls Analysts and Project Controls staff, including work assignment planning, performance oversight, and professional development.

Exercise indirect leadership over FCA and PCA personnel, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

Oversee and refine field controls processes, including WBS, budgets, contract documents, and construction work packages.

Generate regular and ad hoc analysis, including graphs, summary tables, presentations, and Power BI dashboards.

Advise on and support construction schedule monitoring, progress reporting, cost control, forecasting, and earned value analysis/reporting.
Who you are:
-
University degree, diploma or related construction or engineering experience.
-
6 or more years of progressive experience in project controls, field controls, or project management, including construction cost and scheduling controls for multi-discipline projects. Note equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Effective communication both verbally and in written form. This includes the ability to work well with peers, internal and external partners.

High proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI. Preferred: PMP designation, Earned Value Management training, Power BI development experience.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

US Only Summary:
Salary – $94,300/year – $140,000/year USD.
