This role will be responsible for the project management aspects of the U.S. Utility Integration Program; with a Business Readiness focus; through the project lifecycle and act as a liaison between the Business Readiness (BR) Program Leadership and the various workstream. This is a fixed term position for about 20 months.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide mentorship on Business Readiness (BR), Monitoring and Reporting for Non-IT TSA (Transition Services Agreement) Exits and smaller workstreams

  • Support United States Utility Integration BR Program Manager

  • Support program with data and presentation development and delivery for BRP team as well as various levels of leadership

  • Review of workstream deliverables in support of stage gate process

  • Monitoring of BR deliverables, process improvement. Work with USUI workstream project managers to ensure granularity of project activities within individual plans are provided guidance as required.

  • Work with program and workstreams to increase identification, coordination and resolution of interdependencies

Who You Are:

  • You possess a Post-secondary degree or diploma. Minimum ten (10) years project management experience managing complex cross functional project. Combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Demonstrated project management experience with diverse partners.

  • An advanced understanding of project management methodologies and their application to sophisticated projects.

  • Experience with change management initiatives and the ability to influence others.

  • Demonstrated facilitation experience (session design and delivery)

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills. Proven leadership skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent Microsoft & internet office skills required (SharePoint, MS Project PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
