What you will do:

  • Develop strategic organizational performance communications and actionable intelligence for Projects and executive leadership using quantitative and qualitative updates on performance, opportunities, and risks.

  • Recommend performance management decisions and key messages to senior and executive leadership audiences using expert understanding of Projects data.

  • Build trust and cultivate relationships with department leaders and subject matter experts across the company, to optimize timely input and collaborative planning of performance updates.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Project Execution leadership, Investment Review, Investor Relations, and Financial Reporting to ensure consistent, accurate, and aligned information is developed for CEO and public communications.

  • Lead continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives.
     

Who you are:

  • University degree in engineering, business, economics, communications, or related discipline.  Note a combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • With a degree, minimum of 7 years is required of project experience in oil and gas as a project manager, project engineer, or project controls specialist.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail; make independent decisions on complex data sets.

  • Impeccable accuracy and quality of all presentations and communications and follow Enbridge’s brand requirements.

  • Effective organizational skills, with competence and critical thinking to prioritize deliverables.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
 

US Summary:

Salary: $114,800 – $160,000/year USD
