In this role, you will oversee the development and coordination of comprehensive plans for Liquids Pipelines facility work—integrating activities across Operations, Core Programs, and Major Projects. Your team will play a critical role in identifying interdependent risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring seamless communication of construction sequencing, permitting, and material availability across all scopes.

What you will do:

Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members, fostering ownership, accountability, and leadership development.

Establish and coordinate systems, processes, and procedures for individual contributors, including robust data management practices.

Lead the team to facilitate detailed site scheduling in collaboration with internal partners to drive optimization and risk reduction.

Monitor and flag schedule and coordination risks (e.g., permits, material lead times, outages, contractor overlap, task sequencing) to relevant partners.

Analyze scope and contracting strategies and provide recommendations for optimization opportunities.
Who you are:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics (Honors), or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 7+ years progressively responsible working experience in Project Management including a strong working knowledge of Project Controls/management principles, and complex detailed multi-discipline project construction experience.

Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Execution & Construction, and Commissioning experience is preferred.

Strong grasp of construction activities (including electrical components and construction, mechanical, and civil construction in industrial facilities such as a pump station, terminal, refinery, power plant, etc.,).

Experience with interdependencies of labour, equipment, materials, quantities, types and durations and permit interdependence between scopes.

High level of understanding of pipeline systems, terminals, and station operations.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary – $112,500 – $155,000/year USD
