We are looking for an ICS Systems Supervisor leads the TIS Power Team to join our team!

This position is accountable for the maintenance, support, configuration and optimization of systems and infrastructure. Work will be performed as part of a team to support SCADA, HMIs, data historians, power meteorological measurement, field applications and underlying infrastructure.

What You Will Do:

Oversee the architecture and design of GTM Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
-
Develop GTM ICS technology strategies that align with the overall TIS direction and GTM needs
-
Create the GTM ICS roadmap, describing multiple years of capital investment and setting the architectural direction for major ICS application technologies.

Provide subject matter expert (SME) council to GTM ICS teams as well as outside groups for various ICS
-
technologies Lead effective stewardship, planning and delivery of information technology solutions and application service Management for Renewable Power.

Lead the needs-assessment, implementation and effective use of target architectures, strategic tools and processes with a portfolio management approach, to deliver high quality value-added cost-effective solutions and services.

Responsible for team development, training, and work management.

Mandate to foster the relationship between TIS and the business stakeholders to increase the visibility of and value realized from TIS assets, investments, and capabilities.

Build effective working relationships with the business, understand their issues, concerns and priorities.

Identify and investigate areas that may require system solutions or improvements.

Lead analysis, configuration, modification, testing, implementation, documentation, and training of system functionality.

Ensure integrity, accuracy, security and availability of data and reliability of related systems
-
Collaborate with other technical and business groups to provide the best overall solutions for the company to ensure quality is delivered.

Ensure reliability and availability of SCADA, business networks and associated sub-systems at all Power facilities
-
Ensure the development and maintenance of network documentation / topologies for all Power facilities.

Ensure backups of critical Power SCADA network equipment are maintained and up to date.
Who You Are:
-
Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.

A minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience.
-
Previous infrastructure experience.
-
Proven leadership experience including proven relationship development and management.
-
Previous SCADA, HMI and ICS experience.
-
Previous advanced network and security administration skills.
-
Experience with Backup, Disaster Recovery and Operational Resiliency.

Working knowledge of Windows Server and Virtualization Platforms.
-
Flexible and adaptable to change.
-
Valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions

Travel within Operations Region as required

Flexibility required managing SCADA work priorities, AIMS implementation priorities, managing feedback from the field, and field schedules

Maintain focus/drive to complete numerous activities with limited resources.
