Job Description
The Digital Operations Team operates and supports MLSE events, products, and activations. This can include all games (home and away), concerts at MLSE venues, products (in-house and 3rd party), partner activations, contests, and promotions.
Reporting to the Digital Operations Owner, the Digital Operations Intern / Co-Op will have the unique opportunity to utilize their passion in technology and sports to continuously improve the fan experience at MLSE. Responsibilities include QA testing, building and designing digital activations, digital asset management, game day support, and fan support to ultimately deliver the best digital experience for our fans.
MLSE’s Internship term dates are from September 8, 2025 – December 19, 2025
- Assist the Digital Operations Lead in operating and supporting MLSE events.
- Assist in QA for mobile apps, websites, activations, and products, including identifying and reporting issues.
- Work with various teams cross-functionally on project execution to deliver the best user experience.
- Attend certain events to support digital operations and products.
Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a focus on Technology, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op or internship program.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
- Available to work at the 50 Bay St office, with flexibility for working from home some days.
- Available to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate game nights.
