Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAs part of the Basketball Sales Team, your focus will be selling group tickets, season tickets, partial plans, and premium seats as well as coordinating and promoting group events to support our Toronto Raptors and Toronto Raptors 905 ticketing team at Scotiabank Arena and Paramount Fine Foods Centre. This includes but is not limited to prospecting new business, working with current clients, hosting at Toronto Raptors & Raptors 905 games as well as collaborating with all ticketing verticals within our teams to improve the ticketing business. To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a high-paced business environment and shares our common purpose to unite and empower employees to build outstanding moments for our fans and each other.We are a ‘team first’ culture so your first responsibility is to be a great teammate. Each member of our sales team takes an equal share in developing and preserving a positive and collaborative group dynamic; this is the foundation of our success.Identify group sales and season seat prospects by completing call campaigns, cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face appointments.Develop and implement group ticket sales events and promotions and new business initiatives to drive our Raptors 905 Season Seat base.Meet or exceed Basketball Sales revenue objectives.You will need to be prepared to shift focus as the demands of the business evolve.
