Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven Manager, Fund Development & Digital Fundraising to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in leveraging data analytics to drive our 50|50 raffle program towards a $5 million plus revenue target. You will lead the strategy, execution, and evaluation of digital and in-venue fundraising initiatives, working closely with internal teams, corporate partners, and the MLSE Foundation Board to ensure program success.Fundraising Strategy:Develop and implement a data-driven strategy for the 50|50 raffle program to achieve the $5 million plus revenue target.Design and manage digital and in-venue fundraising initiatives, utilizing analytics to acquire, renew, and retain raffle purchasers.            Program Management:Create and execute targeted communications for the 50|50 Winners Circle, enhancing engagement through data insights.Develop and implement creative strategies to optimize jackpot sizes and drive overall program success.Management of 50|50 program and staff.Digital Campaigns:Oversee and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Search, Paid Social, SMS, team apps) using data analytics.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CPA), and adjust strategies based on performance data.Performance Tracking:Continuously monitor jackpot performance, utilizing data trends to refine strategies and drive growth.Stay informed on digital marketing trends and leverage insights to recommend and implement growth strategies for the 50|50 program.Develop and analyze new acquisition programs, forecasting volume, costs, and revenue targets based on data.Collaboration and Reporting:Work closely with the Global Partnership team and corporate partners, providing data-driven insights and performance updates.Prepare and present detailed reports on program performance to the MLSE Foundation Board and internal teams.Marketing Integration:Collaborate on the development of creative assets and copy.Expertise in data analysis and visualization software including Excel & Power BI with demonstrated ability to build complex data visualizations and dashboards. Job Description
