Job Description
We’re looking for: A Senior Financial Analyst.
With a passion for detailed scrutiny and strategic foresight, you will lead the financial planning and budgeting activities of the company as our Senior Financial Analyst. Working under the Director, FP&A, you will spearhead the day-to-day analysis of financial performance, build annual plans and periodic reports, and use this data to support the decision-making of related management, technology, marketing, and operations departments. Your strong interpersonal and professional skills will be instrumental in bringing the company departments together through result-oriented collaboration.

Be part of the action and the experience. You will:
- Collaborate with business leaders to create annual budgets and forecasts for the Marketing, Digital and Networks departments. You’ll help translate their operational expertise into budget assumptions and help present the information to the company’s leadership team.
- Provide valuable insight. You will use the analysis you carry out to provide a first-hand look into company performance, making recommendations to improve the cost and efficiency of operations every month.
- Be a team player. You will collaborate with various finance leaders and business stakeholders, helping them evaluate their financial plans and offering ways to help them achieve their goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports. Your analysis will yield results that you will compile into reports and present to the relevant groups and stakeholders in the organization. You will also assist in the league reporting requirements.
- Carry out financial analysis. You will evaluate the financial performance of new business initiatives, assessing their suitability in the overall performance of the company.
Qualifications

- The accounting experience and education. You have 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, have worked as a financial analyst in the past, and have a proven track record in building strong strategic plans. You have a postgraduate degree or diploma in a finance-related field and have either completed or are working on your CPA designation.
- The knowledge of accounting software. You have an understanding of standard financial systems such as Oracle and are familiar with reporting tools like Power BI, SQL, Excel Cube Reports, and standard workplace applications like Microsoft Office. You are also quick to learn new software and systems as required.
- The Analytical Mind. You are a highly critical individual, capable of processing a range of information from several sources while still paying attention to the small details that could make a big difference in predictions.
- The Strong Interpersonal Skills. You have articulate communication skills and can collaborate with various groups of people within the organization, coordinating with them to achieve company-wide goals.
