About Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE)
As the parent company of the listed brands, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment is Canada’s preeminent leader in delivering top quality sports and entertainment experiences and one of North America’s leading providers of exceptional fan experiences.
MLSE also owns and/or operates all the venues our teams play and train in, including Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, Coca-Cola Coliseum, Ford Performance Centre, BMO Training Ground, and OVO Athletic Centre.
At Scotiabank Arena, Coca-Cola Coliseum and Budweiser Stage, we also provide fans in Toronto with incredible live music and entertainment events. As well, we deliver exceptional culinary experiences through our restaurants, e11even and Real Sports Bar & Grill and Scotia Bank Arena dining clubs, Hot Stove Club, Scotia Club and Platinum Club.
Through the MLSE Foundation, we have invested more than $45 million into Ontario communities since 2009, and in collaboration with MLSE LaunchPad, we use the power of sport as a unifying force to help youth reach their potential and to create a more equal playing field for all.
Working at MLSE
At Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE), we foster an inclusive workplace that is representative of our community and where all employees can feel they belong and can thrive. We offer an engaging, friendly and supportive environment, with opportunities to work collaboratively across all functions including both Corporate and Teams.
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at MLSE
At MLSE, we are prioritizing commitments to build an inclusive environment that eliminates systemic barriers affecting equity deserving groups including Black, Indigenous, people of color and women. Since launching an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Practice in October 2020, we have taken actionable steps toward this goal, starting with the implementation of our EDI framework built upon three key strategic pillars – to eliminate barriers, accelerate development and ultimately change lives. A foundational component to building and sustaining this effort are our employees, and through our Employee Inclusion Groups, we are influencing change through open and authentic dialogue. As an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status, and will provide reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities.
