Job Description

In line with this commitment, Toronto FC, in partnership with BMO, will provide a full-time, paid 1-year Fellowship (January to December 2026) opportunity to emerging talent who self-identify as a woman and have a passion for sport. We want to continue to advance representation of women in front-office, leadership positions through this unique opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on professional experience.
Working closely with leaders across the Toronto FC front office, this role will provide you with insight and learning across multiple areas of Team & Business Operations through rotations in:
- Business Operations, including Global Partnerships and Ticketing
- Player Personnel (Roster/Cap Management, Scouting, Analytics)
- Team Administration
- Player Development & Safe Sport
- Media Relations
- Game Operations
- TFC 2 & Academy Operations
This Fellowship will provide you with an outstanding opportunity to experience the sport, as well as offer your unique perspective to help influence the club. Travel and accommodation to required events, as well as some extended travel to games, training camps or other may be required. Costs associated with this will be covered in full, in addition to your salary, which will be paid semi-monthly. You will be required to work game days and given the nature of the organization, you should anticipate a need for flexibility beyond a traditional Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm work week as much of the learning and development occurs on event days. The experience will be immersive and the opportunities for development extensive.

Qualifications
Toronto FC is seeking a passionate and driven individual for a unique Fellowship opportunity. Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Self-identify as a woman
- Have completed post-secondary education and possess relevant education in sport business or a related field
- Have 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a business capacity (including internships and co-op placements)
- Demonstrate curiosity and a strong desire to learn
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
- Show enthusiasm for understanding the inner workings of a professional sports organization
- Embrace mentorship and on-the-job learning, with opportunities to gain exposure across various business and operational areas
- Commit to personal and professional development
- Align with Toronto FC’s ‘All For One’ mindset, contributing positively to the team culture
- Be available for a full-time, onsite, 1-year Fellowship running from January to December 2026
