A Process Excellence Business Analyst will focus on optimizing and streamlining business processes within organizations. They are pivotal in enhancing efficiency, optimizing processes, problem-solving, and improving overall operational process performance to expedite delivery within Global Wealth Management.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Support cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall operational process performance.
- Analyze and maintain a comprehensive process mapping system that documents current processes, identifies bottlenecks, and highlights opportunities for improvement.
- Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards and metrics to track the effectiveness of process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to drive process optimization projects to expedite funding approval.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with Sponsors and Stakeholders to provide status through dashboard on their requests.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews for completed projects to assess outcomes, quantify benefits realized, and identify lessons learned for future process improvement efforts.
- Provide guidance to the GWM teams on project management activities required to lift off their projects based on the EDF guidelines.
- Support GWM in the creation of Coupa intakes and coordinate the various stages and partners throughout vendor engagement and management process, including new vendor Contracts, SOW, amendments and renewals.
- Supply business case templates and frameworks coupled with assistance throughout the development, review, and approval process for business cases.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience in process analysis, vendor management, procurement, and project management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of business process modelling and requirements documentation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools (e.g., project management systems, document management platforms, Microsoft tools, vendor management systems).
