Department Overview

 

The Corporate Channel is strategic division within IG Wealth Management. Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized financial planning to a defined segment of clients across Canada. We play a key role in fostering long-term client relationships through proactive support and expert financial planning.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support our Advisors and Service Specialists by ensuring they are able to accurately and efficiently service our clients
  • Provide department administrative support which includes transferring clients to/from the department, managing the team mailbox, processing incoming/outgoing mail and handling escalations
  • Review, interpret, and process documentation in alignment with IG Wealth Management policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Utilize various software applications to accurately complete requests.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete; follow up promptly when additional information is required.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support and resolve incoming requests.

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience in financial services or a combination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with back-office processing systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.

 

 

Knowledge of French and English is required to support clients and Team members within and/ or outside the province of Quebec.
