The Data and Artificial Intelligence Risk (DAIR) team is looking for a highly motivated change agent who demonstrates integrity, drive and courage to contribute to the design and execution of key areas of the Data Risk Program.

 

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for driving and supporting data risk related activities and have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team of inspiring professionals to help deliver the Enterprise DAIR Program objectives.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Assist in preparation of periodical and ad-hoc reporting to the Board, CRO, Risk Committees, and Senior Management.
  • Assist in review of Data Risk governance documentation such as procedures, methodologies, and guidelines, to facilitate execution by the Data Risk oversight teams
  • Support and coordinate reporting on the various Data Risk Program elements for Senior Management
  • Maintain Issues Management process for the Data & AI Risk team including ongoing monitoring and reporting
  • Maintain EUC inventory and execute BCP activities
  • Be requested to contribute to second line assessments, including participating in planning, execution, and/or reporting on issues identified, as necessary
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, and prioritize team’s goals

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • 3+ years experience in communications, strategy development, policy development, data management & governance, internal control, risk management, and/or related areas
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in designing and developing presentation materials and communicating with Senior Management is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to manage ambiguity
  • Project coordination or management experience is preferred
  • Post-Secondary education completed. Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory
