The Manager, Global Sponsorship Marketing leads management of Scotiabank’s client engagement strategy across all sponsorship pillars – including annual business line allocation, distribution, and ongoing management of client hosting assets across NHL, NBA, and Cultural events via TicketManager system.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Work collaboratively with sponsorship relationship managers and internal business lines to deliver and support execution of client hosting assets in timely fashion to drive outcomes for business partners.
- On-site event management and coordination with agencies, partners and key internal stakeholders.
- Leads management and reporting duties for Global Sponsorship policy and procedures and collaborates with Anti-Bribery, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance and others to ensure processes and policies are followed and proper tracking of client hosting assets is complete.
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Contributes to cross-functional team focused on driving brand and business results for Scotiabank through portfolio of sponsorship partners and client engagement assets.
- Champions a high-performance environment and demonstrates a commitment to Scotiabank’s values: accountability, passion, integrity and respect. - Directs day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- 5 years experience in marketing, administrative, finance, audit, event planning or relevant field.
- Strong understanding of bank systems, departments, and stakeholders.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with strong detail orientation.
