Job Description
MLSE Digital Labs is on a mission to deliver best-in-class experiences to fans, in our venues and communities all around the world.
Position Type: 6-month Corporate Contract
- Seek to develop rich understanding of fan hopes, dreams, needs, wants, and pain points.
- Design thoughtful, high-impact product experiences that empower fans and partners.
- Collaborate across our team with other designers, researchers, analysts, engineers, and strategists.
- Combine strategic business insights with fan data and insights to create commercially viable, easy-to-love experiences for fans and partners.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently to articulate concepts across disciplines.
- Create artifacts such as user flows, interface prototypes, handoff documentation, and hero graphics.
- Advocate for design excellence, pushing to innovate and build with world-class quality.
- Blend strategic foresight with creative expression.
- Turn complex problems into magic moments.
Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience concentrated on user-centered design delivery.
- A track record of shipping high-quality, impactful work end-to-end.
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to ship real products.
- Experience designing for consumer-facing mobile apps preferred (React Native, native iOS/Android).
- A diverse skill set with a passion for global multi-disciplinary art and design practices.
- Proficient with modern tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, as well as emerging tools like Play.
