Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAs part of the Business Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping venue operations and ticketing strategies, supporting data-driven decision-making for operational excellence and fan engagement.This role will collaborate with our business teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, improve resource utilization, and optimize revenue strategies. You will leverage your analytical expertise and business acumen to work on initiatives including labour and resource planning, demand forecasting and revenue optimization, and measurement and reporting of sales. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Digital Labs, Marketing, Venue Operations, and Ticketing, to deliver impactful insights that drive business success.Collaborate with the business to analyze data (demand forecasting, pricing, resource allocation, labour planning) from a variety of sources and topic areas to ultimately inform business decisions by leveraging a suite of tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, PowerBI).Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and revenue growth.Partner with stakeholders to analyze sales trends, secondary market data, fan segmentation and competitive analysis to benchmark venue and ticketing performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of insights into business strategies by displaying complex quantitative data in a simple and intuitive manner.QualificationsNote: Before reviewing the qualifications listed below, we want you to know that we understand you may not meet all the qualifications described and have other relevant expertise and experience.
