The Senior Manager, Global Sponsorship Marketing manages the global sponsorship strategic planning and initiatives across all sponsorship pillars, priority markets and business lines.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- In collaboration with agency partners and sponsorship day-to-day teams, support team with development of planning and strategy priority projects throughout year.
- Manage contract tracking, development, and execution for Global Sponsorship portfolio, in collaboration with leadership, sponsorship managers, and legal, ensuring timelines are followed and contracts are executed in a consistent and timely manner across portfolio.
- Support leadership team with annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting process; ensuring all initiatives are within budget and scope, in close collaboration with Finance team.
- Lead project management across global sponsorship key priorities, workstreams and bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly team meetings
- Agency day-to-day relationship including retainer, contractual rights and any potential future RFP process.
- Develop short and long-term plans with responsibilities ranging from concept development to execution and measurement with internal and external partners.
- Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

- Strategic thinking and project planning experience
- An understanding of business analysis and valuations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- 6 – 8+ years experience in planning, strategy, brand marketing, partnerships, and/or related field
- Strong understanding of cultural, sports, and entertainment landscapes in Canada/International
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with ability to see both the details and the bigger picture.
- Bilingual in Spanish or French. (not mandatory)
