Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

Assist in the development of projects and key initiatives.

  • Contribute to the preparation of reporting and project enhancement recommendations.
  • Manage the development and implementation of enhancements to existing programs/projects.
  • Continually acquire and enhance knowledge of business strategies.
  • Work with numerous stakeholders and subject matter experts in producing presentation and support material.
  • Draft, document and review detailed project and support communications that will ensure details are being communicated as required.
  • Draft policies and procedures for project roll out to ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to day to day operation.
  • Act as general business support in cross-functional projects, working collaboratively with partners to move assigned deliverables forward.

  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • You have a passion for innovation and ongoing interest in emerging trends.
  • You have creative communicator with the ability to contribute to decks, proposals and other materials that showcase projects under development.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where idea generation is valued at all levels of the organization.
  • You have strong analytical skills.
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills.
  • You have experience in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
