We are looking for a Specialist, Digital Solutions to help drive innovation and modernization across our Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) environment. What you will do:

Lead digital workplace evolution by supporting the governance, architecture, and modernization of systems such as IWMS/Tango, Microsoft 365, and emerging AI-enabled tools aligned to REWS priorities.

Design and deliver automation solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and other technologies to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and improve service delivery.

Enhance system integrity and insights by administering and optimizing IWMS/Tango, ensuring strong data governance across the business, accurate reporting, and reliable decision support.

Develop dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights into operational performance, capital planning, and risk management across Corporate Services.

Provide technical leadership for Building Automation Systems (BAS), including lifecycle planning, vendor coordination, system reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive modernization initiatives by supporting the transition from legacy platforms to scalable, secure, and future-ready digital solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate technologies, develop business cases, and recommend system configurations, workflows, and architecture aligned with enterprise cybersecurity and digital standards.
Who you are:
-
Post secondary degree or diploma in Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Technology, or related technical field.
-
Minimum 6+ years’ experience supporting enterprise digital systems, automation architecture, or IWMS platforms.
-
Advance expertise in Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.).

Experience developing digital workflows, forms, automation tools, and cloud-based collaboration solutions.

Deep knowledge of IWMS/Tango data models, workflows, reporting, and configuration standards.

Experience influencing technology investment decisions and digital governance design.

Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated analytical, documentation, and problem-solving expertise.
-
Ability to manage multiple concurrent digital projects and prioritize effectively.
-
Experience supporting or overseeing BAS or similar operational control systems
Preferred:
-
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and low code development platforms.

Experience with AI assisted tools, digital and data governance, and enterprise security practices.
-
Certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or building automation.
Working conditions:

Travel as required

Overtime may be required during major digital deployments, BAS updates, or system transitions.
Salary:
-
Ranges from $105,000 – $125,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
